Conference Inquiries & Policies

Dress Code
The dress code for the conference is relaxed smart casual attire. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably while maintaining a polished appearance.

The Blackweek stage is on the record for journalistic purposes, allowing journalists to quote speakers in their coverage. Offstage interviews are subject to agreed-upon ground rules. Still photos taken from your seat are allowed, but please avoid using flash. Do not obstruct aisles, as this disrupts our official photographer.

Video and audio recordings are prohibited, as the content is copyrighted. While short quotes are permitted under fair use, full transcripts are our intellectual property. This policy applies to all conference attendees.
