Obi Ibekweh holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Obi began her career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for GSK, where they gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
After four years in sales, Obi transitioned to a consulting role at TRINITY, a boutique life sciences consulting firm. During her time at TRINITY, Obi honed her skills in strategic planning and market analysis, providing insights and recommendations to various clients across the life sciences sector.
In 2015, Obi joined Pfizer as a Senior Manager in data analytics, supporting various Oncology brands. Over the years, Obi took on commercial roles of increasing responsibilities, across Rare Disease and, most recently, Vaccines.
Currently, Obi serves as the Senior Director, Vaccine Adoption and Equity. In this role, she sets the strategic vision for a team responsible for fostering vaccine adoption by empowering communities to advocate for their own health as well as the health and of their loved ones. In this role, Obi has had the distinct honor of leading Pfizer’s partnership with Essence, promoting awareness and education of conditions that disproportionately impact the Black community.

Tamberla Perry is an accomplished actress known for her dynamic performances on both stage and screen. Currently, she stars as Dr. Carol Pierce in the new NBC drama “Brilliant Minds.”
Perry recently recurred on Hulu’s “Career Opportunities in Murder & Mayhem” and showcased her talent alongside Jamie Foxx in the Netflix comedy feature “They Cloned Tyrone.” Her television credits also include notable roles in acclaimed series such as “Suits,” “APB,” “All-American: Homecoming,” “The Good Lord Bird,” “The Good Fight,” “Dare Me,” “Bosch,” and “How to Get Away With Murder.”
In addition to her screen work, Perry has made a significant mark in theater. She recently portrayed the Title Character in Center Theatre Group’s production of “Clyde’s” and has performed at prestigious venues including Steppenwolf Theater, Goodman Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre, and Victory Gardens Theatre in Chicago, as well as the Public Theater in New York8

Dr. Anastasia Kārkliņa Gabriel is a cultural theorist, researcher, and strategist. Dr. Gabriel earned her doctorate in cultural studies from Duke University, where she trained as a scholar of culture and identity, specializing in Black critical theory, whiteness studies, and critical race, gender, and sexuality studies. Following her doctoral training, she consulted on cultural strategy for the world’s top brands at global agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy, McCann, and Dentsu Creative. Currently, she is the senior insights lead at Reddit. A lifelong activist, writer, and social critic, her insights have been featured by the AMA, ANA, the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, Advertising Week, Reuters, Campaign US, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Teen Vogue. She is a public intellectual whose commentary on racial justice, cultural transformation, and social change is followed by an audience of over 45,000 across socials. Dr. Gabriel is the award-winning author of Cultural Intelligence for Marketers, published by Kogan Page.

Zekeera regularly leads presentations and brand/strategy workshops, demonstrating how companies can better connect and authentically engage with diverse segments.
She is a results-driven marketing and communications professional with 20+ years of experience developing and executing private and public (government) sector campaigns and programs. Prior to Collage, Zekeera served as a Marketing Director for Penn, Good & Associates, a Marketing Services Consulting firm located in Washington, DC. In previous years, she was a consultant at MarketBridge, a management consulting firm, leading sales and marketing optimization engagements for global corporates such as IBM, Microsoft, SAP and others.
Zekeera holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a double concentration in Finance and Management, from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She is originally from Harlem, New York City and now lives in Southern Maryland. In her spare time you may find her playing pick-up basketball, flag football, or hosting social gatherings in the DC area.
