Josephine Martínez is a Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the National Football League, where she is responsible for ensuring the League’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies are implemented across all of the NFL’s US and international offices. Prior to her current role, Martínez was a member of the NFL’s Talent Acquisition team where she worked on the NFL’s Emerging Talent Programs and formally established diversity recruitment partnerships.

Prior to re-joining the NFL, Martínez served as a Vice President of Global Functions Human Resources at Citigroup where she was responsible for a portfolio of human capital projects spanning change management, talent management and diversity and inclusion strategies. Martínez has also held talent management positions with Saks Fifth Avenue/Hudson’s Bay Company.

Martínez began her career at the National Football League as a member of their prestigious Rotational Program. She is a graduate of Le Moyne College’s Integral Honors program, received a Master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and also holds a certificate in Talent Leadership from Stanford University.

As a New York City native with a passion for serving the community at large, Martínez frequently mentors college students and early career professionals. She is a proud resident of The Bronx, New York. Her hobbies include biking, reading and Olympic Weightlifting.

Nneka Onuorah is a trailblazing, Emmy Award-winning Nigerian-American filmmaker, producer, and activist committed to telling narratively- and formally-daring stories that re-examine and lift up underrepresented communities.

In September 2022, she won the Primetime Emmy Award for ‘Outstanding Directing for a Reality Program’ for Amazon’s LIZZO’S WATCH OUT FOR THE BIG GRRRLS. The series—which also won the Emmy for ‘Outstanding Competition Program’—follows superstar Lizzo on the hunt for confident, badass women to join her world tour. This marked Nneka’s first nomination and win, and a historic moment for queer women of color directors at the Emmys.

She will next direct a docuseries, currently in production, with Megan Thee Stallion which will chronicle the Grammy-winning rapper’s meteoric rise in the music industry and beyond, produced in collaboration with Time Studios & Jay-Z’s Roc Nation.

Nneka’s recent directorial work has twice been nominated for ‘Outstanding Documentary’ at the GLAAD Media Awards: in 2017, for THE SAME DIFFERENCE, about internalized homophobia within the black lesbian community; and in 2022, for The Legend of the Underground, which premiered at Tribeca before debuting on HBO in June 2021, produced by John Legend and focused on Nigerian youth challenging their country’s discriminatory anti-LGBTQ laws. Her other credits include Netflix’s prison-themed First and Last; Viceland’s black queer-focused My House; Burn Down The House, which premiered at NewFest; and The G Word, produced by Barack and Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground Productions.

Jerri is the Founder & CEO of the Black Executive CMO Alliance, BECA and a member of the prestigious Advertising Hall of Fame.

She is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Office Depot, Inc., responsible for the P&L for e-commerce, customer service, all marketing functions, data & analytics, communications, community investment and events, having previously served as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Jerri has 40 years of extensive marketing and leadership experience at large global brands. Prior to Office Depot, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of The ADT Corporation, a leading provider of home and business security services. Prior to that, Jerri served as Executive Vice President, CMO for Nokia based in Helsinki and London. Additionally, she held senior marketing roles as SVP at Verizon Communications, CMO at Citibank, VP at Revlon, VP at Harrah’s Entertainment, at the NFL and at General Mills, formerly the Pillsbury Company. Jerri is an Economics graduate of Spelman College, and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees and received her MBA from Clark Atlanta University Graduate School of Business.

She currently serves as a director on the boards of Dow, one of the world’s largest materials science companies; Under Armour Inc., a global athletic performance and innovation brand; cars.com, a leading digital marketplace that connects car shoppers with sellers; and Root Insurance, a disruptive digital company utilizing AI to provide auto insurance.

Kassan founded MediaLink in 2003 to be a transformational partner to the world’s leading media, marketing, and technology companies. Bringing these groups together while balancing strategic insight with pragmatic execution, MediaLink guides its clients through an increasingly fragmented media landscape.

Drawing on a combination of experience, relationships, and insights, Kassan writes extensively as a noted blogger and serves frequently as a moderator and keynote speaker at global industry conferences. He has built instrumental partnerships with the Consumer Electronics Show and the Cannes Lions. He also produces and hosts a radio show on WOR 710 AM and Clear Channel’s iHeartRadio, “Medialinked — Inside Advertising and Media with Michael Kassan.”

Kassan currently serves as Chair of the UJA-New York Marketing Communications Committee as well as on the Boards of the American Advertising Federation, the Ad Council, and the Hollywood Radio and Television Society. He served as Chairman of the California State Senate Select Committee on the Entertainment Industry.
