General Release of Image

1. Introduction
By purchasing a ticket to the event “Blackweek,” organized by Hero Media Inc, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this release.

2. Release of Image
Upon purchasing a ticket to the event “Blackweek,” you grant Hero Media Inc, its affiliates, and representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of you taken during the event, without compensation or approval rights.

3. Purpose of Use
The images and recordings may be used by Hero Media Inc for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to advertising materials, social media, websites, and other promotional channels.

4. Copyright and Ownership
You acknowledge that Hero Media Inc is the sole owner of all rights, including copyright, in the images and recordings. You waive any claims to ownership or authorship of the images and recordings.

5. Release of Liability
You release Hero Media Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the images and recordings, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

6. No Obligation to Use
Hero Media Inc is under no obligation to use any of the images or recordings captured during the event “Blackweek.”

7. Minors
If you are purchasing a ticket for a minor under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to this release on their behalf.

8. Governing Law
This release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York. Any disputes arising out of this release shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

9. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket to the event “Blackweek,” you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from purchasing a ticket and attending the event.
