Rebecca Aliab Deng (aka RAD) is the Commercial Advisor to the CRO at TripleLift. In her role she acts as a thought partner to the CRO, Revenue Leadership Team, Executive Leadership team, and cross-functional teams on revenue generating strategies, company policies, and operating systems. RAD is also the US Principal board member for The Women in Programmatic Network. Since 2020, the network provides networking events and speaking opportunities, leads industry initiatives, discusses the latest and greatest in the industry, and pushes to eradicate the gender pay gap.
